Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
